Please read these Terms of Service completely. This Agreement is between Academail and the Member. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at Academail.us, the associated membership and member email accounts.
By using or accessing the Site in any way; purchasing a membership and/or setting up and utilizing email account(s), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Academail and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Academail reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site without any advance notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of the CAN-SPAM Act outlined at this link: eCFR :: 16 CFR Part 316 — Can-Spam Rule
- Behavior that adversely affects other users of the Site
- Payment failure exceeding 30 days
Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to other websites or online resources that are not owned or controlled by Academail.
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States.
Changes to This Agreement
Academail reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Academail site immediately.
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items or service purchased. If no payment is received, no service will be provided and existing services cancelled.
All payments are monthly subscriptions. Charges may be unilaterally adjusted by Academail from time to time by notifying Member 15 days in advance. All payments are non-refundable.
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team through the contact page. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
These terms and conditions are subject to change.
